What does DRGateway control?+

It connects a paid session to the selected gaming screen. The gateway can switch access on, enforce the session timer locally and switch access off when time ends.

What happens when the internet fails?+

Local timing continues at the gateway. Nearby Bluetooth operation and offline event storage are designed to keep the station working, then synchronize records when Wi-Fi returns.

Can attendants operate the station?+

Yes. Owners can create attendant accounts for daily session control while keeping ownership, business settings and higher-level visibility separate.

Will it support more than one branch?+

Multi-branch management is part of the platform direction. It is being designed to group locations, screens, staff and performance under one owner account.

What analytics will owners see?+

The planned analytics layer covers session history, revenue reconciliation, screen utilization, branch comparison, electrical readings and operational exceptions.

How much will it cost?+

Final hardware and subscription pricing has not been announced. Pricing will follow hardware validation and will be published before orders open.
